Absolutely disgusted by this landlord: we paid our holding deposit a month in advance, passed references and had everything arranged and ON THE DAY we are meant to move he tells us he changed his mind about renting the property. Stay away! Stay far far away

Awful experience!!! We rented this property from the landlord and ONE DAY before we were supposed to move in him and his parents backed out. We booked a van, we were supposed to move out of our current flat that day, basically homeless. They didn't care. I left there in tears, and they did not even apologies. To every solution I would offer them they would find a problem in the rudest way. I've never experience something this cold, not a shred of remorse or sympathy. He will also try to make his own contract (with several illegal things in it). Be careful!
