Principality Holdings Limited in Bristol

Principality have been very good landlords for the past year and I would recommend them without hesitation. They have been prompt in responding to any issues and the handyman was always very considerate of our space. Kit Breach, Head of Property, has been excellent to deal with, very understanding and more than fair regarding the end of tenancy repairs and cleaning. The flat itself is wonderful to live in and as long as you respect the property and keep things clean and in good order, you will not have any issues at check out.

Overall, landlord was great. Friendly staff who reply promptly; check-out is very long and thorough.
