Need a minus score. They DO NOT CARE. They turn a blind eye to illegal drug taking and complaints from other flats and pass the buck to security, who are told not to enter flats so they don't have to take action. They lie and make excuses and although advertise "mental health first aider' on their letterhead, they do not care about students or they would have helped my daughter, who is trying to hold it together through this.

During covid-19 still made us pay for rent, despite the fact we were told by the gvt and uni to go home. Heartless, disgraceful and immoral. Didn't listen to tenants, mps or even gvt advice. Shameful to not at least offer a discount/delay on payment

The only reason I give two stars is because of the repairmen that came who we’re always very friendly. As for the receptionists - a woman named Sonia in particular, were rude, money driven and quite heartless even during the struggles as students that we faced during the pandemic. I could not stress this more.

Horrible communication, often took a while to get repairs. Behaviour during Covid-19 crisis sums it up. No regard at all for students personal situations and lack of empathy shown.

Repair man is kind and good at his job, security aren't too bad either. No words can describe the owners and the rest of manor villages, their actions during the COVID-19 pandemic has been terrible. They've taken full rent payments and have shown 0 empathy during the pandemic. The owners and management should be ashamed of themselves. They only care about their profits and it really shows, I would highly recommend staying away.

The communication isn’t good sometimes. Takes a while to get a problem sorted but when it’s sorted they're really good.
