Everytime you call them up you speak to a different receptionist or agent. Halfway through my tenancy the agent looking after my property changed and I wasn't informed.
They simply do not care about their tenants.
They failed to even give me the code to turn off the security system when I moved in and I still had to chase them up for it a week later.
They allocated my money to places where they decided it should be and then when I asked them to move it and/or refund me the person in charge of finance informed me that Uni2Rent's system doesn't allow them to refund things!
