Nice lady. She just slow at getting things sorted. She is very nice and helpful when getting moved in but she is very cheap with getting things sorted. One room has a poor quality bed and after 2 months of consistent texting nothing has been done. The kitchen needed some TLC which she also said she would look into but still nothing
