The landlady is generally nice and understands that everything is about negotiation and trying to live in harmony. If the rating for just for her, I
would have given her an above-average rating.
The landlord appears to be always drunk and has very little emotional intelligence. There are almost daily jumps in his mood from calm to shouting and angry, which leave the place feeling uncomfortable. Occasionally the shouting is directed at a lodger.
