Absolutely awful landlord, would continually harass and emotionally abuse tenants, Tried to fine and complain at any wee thing and blame it on tenants even when things within the property were already there. Also only takes rent in cash in hand and turns up unannounced and without care for notice of anyone living within the premise. Never ever heard or had treatment like this in my life and quite frankly is an absolute disgrace.

Horrible person.
Very aggressive.
Only accepts cash so she can come round and inspect the property. Will shout and scream any little thing.
Calls round unannounced, does not communicate.
Came round for rent early without letting any tenants know. Only 1 tenant in the house and she wouldn't leave the house for 3 hours until tenants had returned from work and gone to cash machine.
Landlord made the whole experience terrible. There are a million more stories which we have video and sound evidence for so please be careful as she will try and charge you for anything.

Irene Blaney is a monster. Stay away at all costs. She is Bipolar. She calls round at the end of each month to collect rent and has to be cash. She wouldn't give any notice, and goes physco when you don't have it waiting.

Bad communication with landlord. Text would be grammatically incorrect to the point where you're trying to decipher short hand abbreviations like 'b dere in oen min'. Horrendous.
Landlord only accepts cash or cheque, no bank transfer. So will come inside to pick up cash / cheque every month. No prior warning / set date or time that this would happen; just when it suited her.
Would try and charge for everything / put the responsibility to the students. Flatmate was so terrified he didn't shower in his en-suite for well over week just to avoid calling landlord.
Landlord tried hiding one of the black bins when moving out and said we would have to pay for a new bin which would come out of deposit.
Landlord refused to hand over deposit. Had to formally dispute through third party company to get deposit back.
