Before renting - lied about being a gold Unipol landlord. They've never even heard of him.
First week - accused us of losing keys we were never given, then tried to charge us £1000 to replace 5 locks. Only backed down when he was caught in a lie.
December - boiler broke down. Wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls until we reported him formally to the council.
Multiple times sent people round the house to inspect the integrity of the place without even an hours notice. We turned them away at the door.
