Landlord sought to retain over 50% of the deposit amount (£1,000 +).
We disputed this with the deposit protection agency and received 97% of the disputed amount back.
Numerous spurious claims at the end of the tenancy by the landlord, which following an independent review of the evidence were proven to be false.
Landlord difficult individual who by the end we felt was trying to con us.
