Landlord reviews for Steve Walsh in Selly Oak

Steve was my landlord for two years and was so helpful and friendly throughout. Any issues he was quick to sort it out and the house was great. During our stay Steve bought us an extra fridge after our request and extra storage space. This is just two examples of how he was a very accommodating landlord. It was always easy to contact Steve if needed and made our two year tenancy super easy and comfortable. Overall great landlord, couldn’t recommend more.

Any issue we ever had it was really easy to just message the landlord and someone was sent down quickly to sort it. Was very good at communicating things to us as the tenants and was really polite and helpful with any problems.
Was really fair with giving back deposits and did everything really quickly.

Steve was absolutely great, all repairs took place almost immediately, we were always notified when any house visits would be, and he was all around a lovely guy.
