The worst landlord I have ever had. Incredibly arrogant and believes himself and all that he does to be perfect. There will never be an issue that he will take any responsibility for....it's always your fault somehow.
Lived there for 9 months and the oven was broken for 8 of them. He kept saying that it needed to be cleaned (the ignitor was making no noise or spark when pressed, clearly not a cleanliness issue), and just kept repeating the same sentiment. Eventually he got it fixed and acts like he did us a favour after so long using a broken oven.
Nobody, including the neighbours, likes this guy...and with good reason. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY

He makes up problems and he always find excuses to blame you for any problem.
He increased my old roommates rent for a cleaner but he never provide it
He makes up evidence to steal money from you.
Those things happened to all my old rommmates
