The actual landlord took for ever to do things. But the "main" tenant, who sublets all other rooms is acting like she is the boss. Very defensive and overly protective over the landlord details. She is a nasty person. You will not get a proper contract, as she knows she can kick you out any time if you are a lodger for no reason.
