WARNING: ROGUE TRADERS

Lightbox has been without heating and hot water for months. Noble/Jade couldn't care less and have notacted, in violation of the Landlords and Tenants Act 1985, and the Home (Fitness for Habitation) 2018.

These people are amoral criminals and you must avoid doing business with them at all costs.

No heating or hot water for over a month during freezing winter temperatures. Despite repeated emails and calls, there was no proper response or resolution.

Jade ATA, absolute useless, failed to respond to multiple emails. The maintenance team gave inconsistent updates, and the head office in Telford offered no help either — just more delays and excuses like “holiday season” and “engineers are coming” , “waiting for a part from Belgium.” The flat stayed below 10°C, making it unliveable.

I’ve reported the issue to Sheffield City Council’s Environmental Health team due to the unsafe conditions. Complete lack of responsibility across the board.

Would not recommend. Keep full records and know your rights if you’re dealing with Noble Design & Build / Noble City Living.

Absolute horrid person. Doesn't care about providing the bare minimum requirements to tenants that are legally required.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Lightbox in Sheffield through Nobel city living. Their support service is absolutely horrible – it’s almost impossible to get a helpful or timely response from them.

They’re quick to charge you for things unfairly without proper explanation, and when questioned, they avoid accountability and harass by saying we will go to court.

Additionally, the main entrance door never close properly for over a month when i was there , which has led to multiple parcels going missing from the lobby. This is a serious security issue, yet nothing has been done to resolve it. We complaint council but as usual council taking it's won time.

To make matters worse, the lift is always out of service for over a month, and despite repeated complaints, it wasn't been repaired.

It’s very disappointing to pay rent and receive such poor service and neglect. I would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made in how they treat tenants and maintain the building.
