Really nice and quiet (mostly) neighbourhood, friendly neighbours. Get some noise from derby road when students are on nights out. Close to the city centre and university.

Close to the city centre. But right next to a main road, single glazed windows, a lot of noise at night from road and people turning out from clubs/bars
