Nice little town with a friendly community on our street. Everyone is helpful. Lots of friendly cats to pet.

Small crime problem — packages can be stolen if you leave them outside the front door.

Many cafe’s and some charity shops. The Marina is very picturesque and you can walk there from central Beeston.

Lots of transport links. Fairly quiet.

Quiet clean and family friendly. Local shops right in front

Lovely area, shops close by (thankfully!), near enough to the university with a good cycle route in. Great location for Beeston train station etc.
