Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in Donnybrook Street, Belfast

The neighbourhood felt quite safe, bar the occasional police presence but nothing out of the ordinary for a city. Plenty of amenities within walking distance from restaurants/cafes to food shops to salons. It is also positioned close to city centre with several public transport links. However, as mentioned, the refuse situation of this area was unpleasant and frustrating: bins littering the street, fly tipping and household rubbish being uncollected for weeks. While this is not a paid-for service, it nonetheless requires improvement.
