They obviously think students are stupid to fall for the renaming but we all know who you are. I've lived in one of their houses, it all started off fine, then whenever anything went wrong, they took weeks to fix it. Some of the builders that turned up would just let themselves in, without any warning and lets just say they certainly weren't the kind of people you want in your home without you being there.

At the end of our tenancy they conjured up over £600 in 'fees' they took from our deposit. We left the property pristine, but still they charged us all sorts of bizarre 'expenses' including 'fix kitchen door handle' for £25.... that was broken when we moved in.

These people are crooks, they try and be all 'cool' and 'down with the kids' but this is nothing more than a racket.

Close to numerous supermarkets and 20 minute walk into town. Mostly university students so often loud crowds walking down street or food deliveries late at night but this should surprise no one

We didn't expect a delightful neighbourhood living so close to town, but with the front door of the flat being busted we had drunken strangers regularly wandering into our home. The agency were useless with fixing this issue.

Lots of noisy, dirty house shares, terrible parking.

Lenton Wollaton East, Nottingham

There are local busses, trams, and the Beeston High Street not too far away. Again, it's upsetting to see how badly squandered such a potentially wonderful house was due to the incompetence and malice of PurpleFrog's almost comically evil money-grubbing tactics.
