A bit of a walk (10-15 minutes from centre of town) but a quiet area and with access to supermarket options.

Very quiet and picturesque local area. Great neighbours and very close to the shops. Easy transport links to other areas.

Close to shops, but the cafe next door puts their outside tables directly next to the living room windows, with little privacy inside.

The area was great. Pretty close to Tesco and right near Lade Braes. It was usually pretty quite and nice, not too many students making a ruckus outside the house

St. Andrews is amazing and it’s in a great location. Close to everything you need and parking right next to door.

Market street is a very good location to live. No problems with this. Close to everything.

Location is all that’s going for this flat to be, very central right behind the West Port

The only reason this doesn't get all available stars is the neighbours. Its location is perfect: practically in town and near all the classes, but away from the worst of the noise. You get the light and the view of a main street without losing privacy because it's one level up.
However, the downstairs neighbours seem to have a feud with one another (over their cats or something?) and one of them will talk your ear off about it every time you try to walk by to get into the flat, and whoever is upstairs from you will annoy the sh*t out of you every time they accidentally set off their oversensitive fire alarm with slightly overdone toast.

Quiet street, mix of students and locals. 10 minutes from either side of town and less than 5 minutes to Aldi.

Good location, nice neighbours, about a 15 minute walk from town centre, five minute walk to main shops
