Rough neighbourhood rubbish house

It's Selly Oak so gross but lots of students about and lots to do.

Very close to local transport and shops, amazing pub at the bottom of the street that does excellent food. the local area is great

Nightmare neighbours from hell, never met such people in my life! clicky neighbourhood but as a whole isn’t to bad! Neighbours were awful though and had 6 years of hell

Despite all the shortcomings in the other areas - the neighbourhood was actually quite good and friendly, although you are pretty much above several shops, and next door to the Claro Beagle pub which can be a little noisy. Overall though, a good area, with easy access to Harrogate town centre.

St Paul's is convenient for transport and access to shops etc, but there are a lot of junkies shooting up in doorways and urinating.

Good local shops, fast food, pubs, and salons. Alot of illegal activity, drugs, public urination and homelessness.

As the landlord was friends with the neighbour, I assumed that he would have contact with them to see if the garden was done and it wasn’t which was told to upkeep the garden which wasn’t cut when we moved it like the landlord said it would be

It is okay, the issue at the moment is that there is so much rubbish on the streets
