Property contains two large rooms and three small rooms.
The shower room is often not cleaned by the landlord who took two years to wash the bath/toilet mats. There is evidence of mould on the outside wall, the ventilation inlet is clogged with dust.
The bathroom is tidy but intensly dated.
The kitchen is tidy, but also grubby and the worktops are older then god, the curtains have not been washed in years.
The place could best be described as tired, like the landlord who claims to clean but you will struggle to find what part of the house was cleaned
