Cleanliness - poor. Mice in the kitchen, droppings visible, and mould growing on kitchen ceiling. Toilets were foul.
Property is advertised at 650pcm including all utilities. Be aware that while the contract and landlord may tell you this, once you have signed the contract and moved in, the landlord will in fact not allow you to use the heating AT ALL. He will cover the thermostat and send you abusive messages if you attempt to even turn the heating on. Resultantly, the property is extremely cold and damp inside (visible in the kitchen). You also will have to turn on the boiler to use the hot water but will have to immediately turn it off.
Note - the windows are all covered in foil. Really bizarre but you have no access to the outside world.
