This gorgeous new build house was only 10 year old when we moved in and we're paying £850 per month for the 4 bedroom property.
Problems occurred from start to finish.
Items that were supposed to be in the property had been removed, the windows didn't close so they organised someone to come and screw the windows closed permanently, they put the house up for let and sale without informing is - the first we heard of it was when someone turned up for a viewing.
This isn't even half of the problems we experienced with Belvoir and they were absolutely disgusting to deal with.
I can't advise you enough to stay away.
