There are 6 people living at the property (4 licensees plus the landlord and his partner)
for a big house there's not much space as licensees are only allowed access to their bedrooms, shared bathroom and shared kitchen.
The kitchen has a lot of utensils that look great in photos advertising the space, however the licensees are NOT allowed to use a lot of these items.
Also on weekends, the landlord and his partner like to hang out in the kitchen all day which leaves little privacy and space for other people in the house (even though they have a living room and dining room all to themselves)
The landlord has an unfriendly small dog which barks a lot.
