The property is shabby and can be dark. Many places are prone to damp and mould. Plaster is inconsistent and flaky, pipes on show everywhere. Garden is in poor condition. Insulation is poor. Improvised works are shoddy and cheap. Curtain rails, no curtains. Lots of doorframes damaged and old locks not removed or poorly covered up.
