Was advertised as a 1-bed, but was a studio. Maintenance work was not carried out before moving in. The bed was broken in half and there was no hot water. It took two weeks for the water to be sorted out and two months for the bed.
There was maintenance work going on on the balcony for 3-4 months, in which contractors were in my flat from 8am to 5 pm five days a week. The agency had prior knowledge of this but did not inform me when showing me the flat.
