3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge / diner. Generally in good condition.
However, several plumbing issues that remained unresolved during my entire 18 months - including a tap in the kitchen which dripped incessantly during my 18 months there - each time I reported it, he suggested that I either fix it myself or get a plumber at my own cost.
