I occupied an en-suite room in a four-bed cluster flat in Madison Court. For the most part, the property is reasonable in terms of size and the kitchen is nice although some appliances could do with updating.
I've stayed with this landlord for multiple years and each time furniture in the bedroom has been in a dire state, the decorative laminate has been peeling off the chipboard on every piece of furniture and in some cases sellotaped back on and the radiators need a good clean as it smells of dust then they are first used. However, the rooms are a reasonable size and the internet is fast & reliable. If they were willing to put a little more effort into the design of the rooms they could be quiet nice.
The bathrooms, yes an actual bathroom not one of those plastic pod things, is a good size but much of the plumbing is either visible or only covered by wood which has warped with paint flaking off. Despite the size, there is no shelving so you do end up balancing stuff on the sink or throwing it around the edges of the room.
