Smallest, worst-kept flat with no garden whatsoever. It was filthy when we moved in and the oven broke within two days. It's right on the main road so get used to traffic noise 24/7 as well as every single previous tenant's council tax forms which have not been redirected. The furniture is very tired and worn out, the floor peels off and all the kitchen tiles were cracked when we moved in, and it is constantly infested with spiders. Everything is a tiny bit broken, but not in a charming, characterful way. Damp in the corner of the kitchen/dining room/living space (3 in 1! Incredible!) and some mysterious holes in the ceiling.
