The property has good "bones". A little over 80sqm, 2.5 bathrooms and two bedrooms. However, the state of everything in the property is less than ideal:
(1) The kitchen cabinets are in really poor shape and some are even unusable (at risk of breaking).
(2) The washing machine is poorly installed and makes a horrible noise when running because of it.
(3) The dishwasher clearly has some issues as it needs new salt after every couple of washes.
(4) There's a garbage disposal in the kitchen which is unusable as it constantly clogs.
(5) The water in the shower does not come out good, sometimes it gets not hot water other times it's boiling.
(6) The sinks in the bathroom are in really poor shape and the landlord refuses to fix/replace them.
(7) The fridge and freezer have broken components that the landlord has not replaced, and as a result the freezer consistently creates frost.
(8) Both bathrooms have black mold.
(9) The wooden floors in the first floor have clearly been mistreated/miscleaned as they have created massive gaps between each plank making it easy to stub your toe.
(10) The windows do not open and close porperly.
