2 Thurgarton Street, Sneinton, Nottingham, NG2 4AG

This is a large farmhouse in Sneinton, Nottingham, which has been split into 3 flats, I suspect without actually notifying the relevant authorities. I rented the ground floor, and was charged £665 including bills and council tax - on the council tax bill the three flats weren't separated out. One electricity meter and fusebox supplied the whole building, and frequent power cuts occurred due to this sytem being dangerously overloaded. Only one, faulty boiler supplied all three flats, so hot water was rare, and I had no control over my own heating. The gas safety certificate I was supplied was for a completely different appliance, thus deceitful. Water would run through the living room ceiling if the upstairs neighbours even looked at their shower. Oh, and my mail would regularly be delivered to the dodgy club down the road which apparently shares the same address.

Also, a radiator exploded in my face, once. That was fun.
