He cut the living room in half to make an extra bedroom that is too small and has no proper sound proof, the doors are NOT fire proof they are actually hollow , the windows do NOT lock because the handles were never replaced and fixed, completely unsafe, there are always loose cables, a reoccurring leak in the bathroom that never gets properly fixed and no extractor fan which makes it uncomfortable for a small living space.
