Property could be nice if landlord was willing to spend any money maintaining it. Extension roof leaks. Double glazed units blown and condensing. Boiler faulty. Carpets and other fixtures aged and need of replacement. Landlord will not want to spend any money and will try to get the tenant to undertake any repairs or will come round and do them in the cheapest possible way as a bodge job.
