Very expensive property with terribly high bills. Maybe the council tax rating is A but the heating equipment is old and they do not provide with basic kitchen utensils, cleaning stuff such as brooms or vacuum cleaners, you have to buy everything yourself.

Good points: they leave you alone and do not visit often (2x a year for a check-up) and there weren't many problems with the property except for the mould, for which they charged even though it was there from the beginning. Do an inventory with pictures and send it to them when you move in.
