When I first moved in my bed was broken, there were naked wires coming out the skirting board , and there were gashes in the floor. Also, it was very clear that the room had not been cleaned. There was loose tobacco in the draws, dust everywhere, sticky surfaces. This is unacceptable and is unsafe especially given the pandemic. Communal areas were also a mess.
