The property at Flat 6, Justine's place, London hadn't been painted or property maintained for over 15 years.
Black mould was growing in the bathroom, and rooms had a 'musky' smell to them.
Crap, cheap and nasty energy inefficient windows. Boiler seemed about 25 years old.
Curtain rail falling off in the living room. Property wasn't cleaned at all before we moved in.

Large property, nice common area, but kind of falling apart. Prone to mould in many areas and leaks in ceilings.
