Looked great on viewing, terrible when living. We were without hot water for 2 weeks, we had the upstairs toilet leaking down into the kitchen below meaning toilet water was dripping on the hob top. The back door didn’t close properly. We had to turn our boiler on for hot water manually every day. Kitchen lights not properly done on kitchen cabinets are a massive fire hazard. The conservatory room constantly leaked. When we moved in there was a smashed window in the one bedroom.
