The house is in terrible shape as it sat empty for 10 years and no one cared to fix anything and they just complain about it when half of it was hazard that are now empty spots and makes the house look terrible this property is not worth it at all

The property has 3 room 1 reception room 2 bathrooms and one in the master bedroom and an okay back yard. Now the rooms are rooms that's it the backyard has been messed up by the landlord as he didn't want to pay for the deck to be replaced when it was a hazard so he ripped it up. The ivy on the front of the house is beyond overgrown and he won't fix it and we aren't allowed to as part of the contract.
