An awful experience with Martin & Co- Southampton City branch letting agency. Please see above. I had not moved in to the property yet as I was supposed to move in two weeks’ later. However, that nightmare property from inside looked so disgusting & needed a good couple of months if not more, to be renovated & furnished -if it is to be anything decent to live in!!
