Poor condition, the room they gave me on the first day I moved in was totally disgrace and black mould built up on the ventilation inside the room, broken window handle, heating not working smells weed in some flats, pile of garbage, ground floor back door is broken(meaning strangers and outsiders can easily access the building), in the lounge there's condensation and walls are peeling and looks dumped. Tenants are quite loud and nor respect for each other. Iw as told that people who lives there were professional, all lies from these people (Linzi and Oliver), please beware of these two people. Linzi didn't even let me view the room, because you wouldn't really like any bit of it. Mailbox were all broken once I entered and tenants are stealing parcels form other tenants and this is according to Alice( housekeeping of Oakwood House in Infirmary road). I dont feel safe on day 1 that I checked in so I left on the next day. Steven tried to fix this but the other roomw as same standard just totally disgusting, I wonder how can these people sleep at night peacefully. they also took off money on my card for £800 ,2 days prior to my move in date, agent said they;; deduct money off me after I moved in, but no... They lied in their teeth. Such a nightmare and terrible experience. I want my money back. I emailed the accounts team of CAPITAL HOMECARE not very responsive too, so I need tow ait for their reply just to refund my money..they mislead me all the way
