The property is very small and only for 1 or 2 people. I had no option in moving in due to my circumstances.
The place never had proper safety and fire alarms
Later very mice infestation. Little did I know that this was previously an issue at this property as there were old pesticides found in the property
The infestation came back because the landlord did not want to pay for the repairs
It’s only because dad reported him to environmental health that he was forced to do the works needed
