There are 5 rooms in this HMO. The sizes of the rooms varey greatly but all are at least a reasonable size. The 1st floor bathroom is extremely prone to mould and still has not been properly sorted, simply cladding placed ontop to cover up the fact that there is a LOT of mould underneath. The bath also leaks into the ceiling of the kitched every time you take a bath despite trying to avoid this. The house is typically very cold and has a low energy efficiency rating of E. So expect to spend a lot of the winter cold or out of pocket paying for heating. THere is also a pile of bricks in the back garden that the landlord said he would build a wall with but we are sitting here 7 months into tennancy without much of a garden at all as it is taken up by a bunch of unsightly bricks. All the entrances into the house are completely inaccessible, for example, the emergency fire door is at least a foot off of the ground. The 'main' entrance is through the back gate and garden as the front door leads into a bedroom.
