2 bed, 2 bathroom flat. It’s a luxury property so it’s in good nick and the gym is great. It’s absolutely not worth the amount the landlord wants for it. The balcony door was broken for a year and we had a gust of cold coming in continually the caused problems in the flat which is why I’ve docked the score.
