The letting agent does not do repairs. We have reported the overgrown garden and various other things, such as my detached blinds in my room, several times, and nobody has repaired them. I have reported everything again. If the repairs are made then I will stay and improve my rating. But if the repairs are not made in the next six weeks, I will move out and reduce my rating.
