Flat ok, landlady was dangerously unstable. We rented a 2 bedroom flat. The condition was really good to begin with. After 6 months or so we started getting a lot of mould even when we aired the property properly and it had an insect problem as we kept getting a lot of pests.,noise from the mai road and high amount of traffic directly opposite was loud and parking was a problem in the school times as parents parked everywhere due to school just 2 mins walk.
