4 x nice rooms. I rented the largest of the rooms and it was a nice quiet room although didn't get much light.
The main kitchen and living space is lovely with views in both directions. There is also an excellent roof terrace.
Although the property is furnished it should be noted that the suggestions of "luxury", "premium living" that feature in the landlord's advert are misleading. It is nice enough but much of the handywork is clearly amateur and the furnishings are basic with the exception of a big branded fridge.
