Size of the property was great.location was great.
The conditions were a complete disgrace when we moved in. Not repainted , paint was peeling off ,everything is dirty,greasy, laminate floor was coming up , keys not been held for garage , and conservatory.
En-suit bathroom was leaking downstairs, couldn't use it for the whole 2 years we have lived there .
Been told that the landlord dont want to pay for it to fix it as there was another bathroom and its not a major /urgent issue. For 2 years !
Fence fall out at the back garden due to strong wind not been replaced for 2 years.
After moving out from the property , landlord is trying to squeeze money out due to not liking the colour of the wall (egyptian cotton) nothing outstanding or the banister colour (white )
Then he tired to claim £250 pounds council tax ,for no legit reason.
Absolutely horrendous , scamming person .
Sad that people are like him,them are allowed to rent out
