the only good part was the river view, but the rest was nightmare. The property was old and not maintained. There were serious mold and damp issues. It was so humid, at some point we saw 90 percent humidity in small bedroom! There was no soundproofing, we literally heard anything on the street and could not sleep properly during our tenancy.
