Nice property and good fixtures, issues with electrics, foul smells from the drains
No mains sewage, septic tank (not disclosed by either the agent or landlord)
No mains gas, you need to keep buying LPG gas bottles which are a nightmare (again, not disclosed by either the landlord or agent)
No broadband service
