3 bed upstairs flat, one large “master”
bedroom and two significantly smaller rooms. flooring was outdated and poorly kept, there were nails sticking up through some floorboards and the carpet in the landing was laid over more floorboards with no underlay. furniture was old and worn and the property was draughty constantly
