Property is very expensive due to very poor isolation and drafts in the house, apartment is not possible to heat. There is no gas and average yearly allowance of energy for this size of property runs out within 2-3 months. Water bill is very high because there is no meter reader.
Terrible damp in the house due to poor ventilation and no singe window can be open in full, part of the wall can not resist the rain and within 2-3 days wall can change color into black.
